Need to modify your stay?

After making your hotel reservation, you can still modify the dates of your stay. When entering the reservation site (Hilton Fort Worth), you will notice the following at the top of the page:

You will need to select "Edit Stay" to revise the arrival and departure dates. After changing the dates, you will then select "Update" in order to return to the room selection. From here, you will proceed with the reservation. If the dates are not changed before room selection, you will need to modify an existing reservation or return to the initial page. 

As a reminder, the room block is on a first-come-first-served basis. In order to support as many SMA members as possible, please only reserve the hotel dates you expect to stay rather than modify your reservation dates after the hotel block cutoff of October 12th. However, if you encounter any issues with the room block, please contact Mark Pelletier, SMA Executive Director, at pelletierm@uncw.edu. He may be able to shift rooms from one night to another to accommodate your stay.
